Then the dots freeze, my RGB mouse turns off and the system crashes again. When I long press the power button to reboot, I get the POST beep, then the BIOS display, then the MSI logo appears with the rotating dots. Basically, the system crashes (RGB mouse stops flashing, connected audio interface's USB LED turns off). Others have had similar issues, but their solutions haven't worked for me. I've gone through multiple forums trying to troubleshoot my problem.
